Identifying prospects for service franchisee.
Ensuring proper infrastructure & other norms across service network
Training Management of DCC / SF / RC Ensuring all staff across service network is trained to meet expected job requirement.
To conduct field audit accompaniment with franchisee staff.
DCC / SF Audit Auditing Service network / SF on defined parameters.
Addressing the deviations found during audit process.
Visiting customers to conduct audit on quality of job done by service franchisee.
Ensuring 100% resolution of complains Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing 100% calls attendance.
Keeping a check on TAT & other SLAs.
Customer and Dealer Management Ensuring smooth trade relations by meeting top retailers & DS in the territory
Reconciliation Monthly reconcile ODU / CPEs supplied to SF / SVC network in accordance to activations & other defined norms.
