National Payments Corporation of India NPCI Recruits Vice President
VP – Software Quality Assurance will manage multiple QA teams in the development, testing, and deployment of complex solutions that process millions of transactions per day. The person will identify, hire and build a world-class team of Test/QA Engineers and Managers to define, drive and execute the team vision.
The Person will lead a team of highly motivated and talented individuals that can collaborate with Project Managers, Product Managers, Application Development/delivery and Business across the company on this high impact initiative. We are looking for experienced people managers with deep technical expertise to interact with business and technology stakeholders across the enterprise.
Develops all QA and testing strategy for all software on both client and server-side
Manages the planning, design, and delivery of all SW QA-related projects.
Ramps up the tools and infrastructure needed to implement our QA/testing strategy and automation.
Effectively influences others and deploys company-wide software quality best practices and procedures to drive software quality and testability as well as deploy cross-functional testing activities.
Coordinates internally all SW QA.
Reports into product program QA and effectively works with various company stakeholders to provide visibility on the state of SW.
Manages budget, recruits and ramps up a team of world class QA engineers
Builds our capacity for automated white box testing.
Investigates, evaluates, and deploys new testing technologies for new type of devices
Makes recommendations to improve product reliability, performance, and quality assurance best practices and processes
Develops tools to provide visibility on the quality of our software and ensure the tracking, reporting resolution of defects. Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.
Manages through their team the day-to-day mission critical operations of the QA team and develops performance metrics to drive progress and milestone
Participates with their team in root cause analysis for defects
